Gluten - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. flour (all-purpose)
    1/2 c. oil
    3 onions, quartered
    6 to 8 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. soyu sauce
    6 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. Accent or other seasonings
Preparation
    Make a stiff dough and cover with water.
    Let soak 1 or 2 hours or overnight.
