Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. medium potatoes, pared
    1/4 c. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. packaged bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Drain.
    Mix potatoes, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
    Beat at a low speed until fluffy.
    Pile lightly into a buttered 2-quart casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Toss crumbs in melted butter.
    Sprinkle over potatoes.
    Continue baking for 30 minutes uncovered.
    Serves 6 to 8.
