Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large oranges, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
    2 c. shredded coconut
    1/4 c. sugar
    lettuce
Preparation
    Combine oranges, coconut and sugar; mix lightly.
    Chill. Serve on lettuce covered platter.
    Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
