Ingredients

3/4 lb. Italian sausage
2 c. flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
1/3 plus 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Brown meat, drain; combine dry ingredients, cut in shortening as in pie crust, then add meat and cold water.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Bake on cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with sauce for dipping.
