Blueberry Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 qt. Cool Whip
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 large can blueberry pie filling
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar (1/2 cup) and margarine until crumbly.
Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar, milk and cream cheese until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip.
Spread this mixture over crust.
Spread blueberry filling. Chill thoroughly.
Serve.
Makes 8 servings.
