Banana Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 firm bananas
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 bars (1.2 oz. each) milk chocolate, broken up
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Make a lengthwise cut, about 1/2-inch deep, down the top of each unpeeled banana.
    Brush each banana with lemon juice.
    Divide chocolate pieces and marshmallows evenly among bananas and fill the split in each banana.
    Place in individual bowls.
    Microwave on High for about 3 minutes or until chocolate melts.
