Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. fresh parsley
    1/2 c. green onions with tops
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 Tbsp. Tony's
Preparation
    Cook onions and celery in oleo.
    Add green onions and parsley and cook 15 more minutes.
    Add seasoning and tails.
    Cook 8 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
