Apricot Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) boneless pork loin
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Stuff pork loin with your favorite dressing.
    Roast, uncovered, in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Spoon sauce over roast to glaze the last 1/2 hour.
    Pass remaining sauce when serving.
