Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. green bell pepper, diced
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. granulated garlic
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1/4 tsp. granulated bouillon
    1 c. flour
    16 oz. milk
    1 lb. lump crab meat
    2 or 3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    pile of bread crumbs
Preparation
    Note:
    Bake crabmeat on cookie sheet for 5 minutes at 350\u00b0. Any shells will easily be seen and can be removed.
