Sweet Potato Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. water
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
Preparation

Boil potatoes in water until tender.
Add salt, vanilla, sugars and butter.
Place in casserole dish and top with pie crust strips (homemade or store bought) in lattice design.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
