Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 large onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. beef broth
    1 jar Ragu Italian cooking sauce
    6 large green peppers
Preparation
    Saute beef, rice and onion in oil for 5 minutes.
    Season with salt, pepper, broth and 1/4 cup Ragu sauce.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
