Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
1 (8.75 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix together sugar, oil and eggs.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Combine with egg mixture.
Add carrots, pineapple, raisins and nuts.
Blend.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
