Bruchetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 (1/2 inch thick) slices Italian or French Bread
    2 med. tomatoes, finely chopped (or 1 can diced tomatoes)
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
    2 Tbsp. fresh green onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Place bread slices on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Drizzle each slice with olive oil.
    Bake approximately 8 minutes or until the bread is toasted golden brown.
    Remove and cool slices.
