Chile Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cottage cheese
1 (No. 303) can creamed corn
1 c. yellow corn meal
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cube butter, melted
1 small can Ortega diced green chiles
1 bar Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar or other brand
paprika
Preparation

Put first 7 ingredients together in large bowl, beat about 1 minute until well blended.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place half of mix in pan, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle chopped chiles over batter.
Sprinkle all of cheese over chiles.
Spread rest of batter on top of cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
