Ingredients

8 oz. orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
10 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 c. vanilla ice cream
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add frozen orange juice; stir until melted.
Add ice cream, oranges and crushed pineapple; stir well, but do not use beater.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate and chill overnight to set.
Serves 24.
