Potato Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. crushed unflavored potato chips
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
    Add vanilla and egg; blend well.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
    Stir in flour; mix well.
    Stir in potato chips.
    Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
    Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
    Cool completely; sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
    Makes 30 cookies.
