Spanish Style Carrots And Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. carrots, quartered lengthwise
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 large onion, minced
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. oil
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown onion and green pepper in oil.
    Add carrots, celery and seasonings.
    Cover with tomato sauce and water.
    Cover.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
