Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large chicken breasts
    1 can chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 pkg. slivered almonds
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Prepare chicken breasts. Cook until tender and done. Cut into bite-size pieces. Mix together soup, nuts, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise and onion. Mix chicken and celery. Place each mixture in layers in a casserole. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 until baked through. If desired, cheese can be sprinkled on top. Casserole may be prepared day before.
