Mexican Pepper Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. meal
    1 can whole kernel or creamed corn
    1 large onion
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 pepper (hot)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except cheese.
    Grease iron skillet.
    Pour half the mixture into skillet.
    Sprinkle cheese over mixture, then pour the remaining half over cheese.
    Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 until done.
