Pumpkin Nut Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs with mixer for 3 minutes.
    Add sugar and lemon juice. Fold in pumpkin.
    Add together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and baking powder.
    Fold flour mixture into pumpkin.
    Line jelly roll pan with wax paper sprayed with Pam.
    Pour mixture over wax paper.
    Spread evenly.
    Sprinkle nuts over batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool.
