Elaine'S Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. blanched chopped almonds
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    3 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Blend chicken, celery, almonds, green pepper, pimento, onion salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
    Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with grated cheese and crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
    Makes 8 servings.
