Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or chicken breasts, boiled until tender in salted water, cooled and taken off bones
    1 bag Doritos (nacho cheese flavor)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Layer chicken in bottom of casserole dish or cake pan.
    Crush half of the chips and put on top of the chicken.
    Add desired amount of cheese.
    Mix with a mixer the soups and Ro-Tel.
    Pour over chicken, chips and cheese.
    Make another layer of chips and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and is heated thoroughly. Very good.
