Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 cans beef consomme soup
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet. Add rice. Simmer until golden brown. Add onions and soup.
    Pour mixture into covered casserole dish.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour or until the rice has absorbed all the consomme.
