Chicken Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    12 oz. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add chicken, onion, peppers, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Mix well. Add noodles and toss to coat. Transfer to greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and veggies are tender. Serves 6.
