Great Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans artichokes (not marinated)
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cut or mash artichokes.
    Mix cheese and mayonnaise.
    Add artichokes.
    Place in baking dish and cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle paprika on top.
    May also be used as a dip by adding a little extra mayonnaise and blending the artichoke slightly.
