Hot Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 (8 oz.) chopped Ortega chilies
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or larger.
    Beat eggs slightly with flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add cottage cheese and melted butter and blend together.
    Pour into melted butter pan.
