Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 oz. red cake coloring
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda mixed with 1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil; add eggs and mix well.
    Sift flour and salt.
    Mix coloring and cocoa; add vinegar and mix well.
    Add flour mixture slowly, alternating with buttermilk mixture.
    Add vanilla and beat until well blended.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour into 3 layer pans.
    Bake for 35 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
