Pizza Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Add tomato paste, onion and seasonings to meat.
    Cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Place biscuits in greased muffin cups, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
    Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mix into each muffin cup and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
