Chile Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can roasted green chiles
1/2 lb. Cheddar, grated
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. jalapeno Jack
1/4 lb. Jack cheese
Preparation

Combine in large bowl, eggs, milk, flour and salt.
Layer chiles and cheese (except for part of Cheddar) in glass baking pan.
Pour egg mixture over layers.
Sprinkle Cheddar on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until firm and golden brown. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
