Mint-Lemon Iced Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. water
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 lemons (juice and peel)
    handful fresh mint
    4 or 5 individual tea bags
    5 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Boil 5 cups water, sugar, lemon juice and peel and mint together for 5 minutes.
    Steep tea bags in 5 cups boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Combine mixtures and chill.
    Serve over ice with extra mint, if desired.
