Chocolate Eclairs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 c. milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Layer graham crackers in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
    Mix instant pudding with 3 cups milk until thick.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over crackers.\tPlace another layer of graham crackers on top of pudding mixture.
    Melt margarine.
    Stir in cocoa, confectioners sugar and water.
    Mix until smooth.
    Spread on top of graham crackers.
    Refrigerate overnight.
