Wedding Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tomatoes
    2 green peppers
    2 zucchini squash
    1 onion
    2 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. raw rice
    salt to taste
    black pepper
    oregano
    basil
    thyme
    sage
    tarragon
    chives
    3/4 c. half and half
    2 c. grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    melted butter
Preparation
    Slice all vegetables thinly.
