Potato Goody - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes (not patties)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 stick margarine, melted
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper as desired
    1 carton (1 lb.) sour cream
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes; mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered.
