Roast Pork With Apple Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 tsp. salt, divided
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork loin roast
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground mace
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine the flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, mustard, caraway seed, sugar, pepper and sage; rub over roast. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
