Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in electric blender.
    Blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour in a greased 9-inch pie dish; let set for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle 1 cup of coconut on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Eat warm or cold.
