Dijon Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. finely crushed saltine crackers
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. sage
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. oil
4 to 6 pork chops
Preparation

Mix crushed crackers, salt, thyme, pepper and sage in shallow dish; set aside.
Blend egg and mustard in shallow dish.
Dip each pork chop into egg mixture, then cracker mixture to coat.
Heat oil in skillet.
Add chops.
Fry over moderate heat, 16 to 20 minutes, turning only once.
