Mamall Nannie'S Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. pork shoulder
    1 pt. tomato juice
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. hot pepper
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Boil pork 4 to 5 hours or until tender.
    Pork should be salted to taste while cooking.
    Drain.
    Cool.
    Tear into small pieces. Place in large pan in 350\u00b0 oven to bake out some of moisture.
