Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. 100% Bran cereal
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Mix bran with milk until bran is moistened.
Let stand 5 minutes. Add egg and oil, beating until blended.
Add flour mixture, stirring until combined.
Do not over mix.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 20 minutes.
Yields 12.
