Apple Crisp(The Easy, Low-Fat Version) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 c. sliced apples
    2 c. instant oatmeal or granola
    1/2 c. flour (wheat or whole grain)
    12 oz. frozen apple juice concentrate
    2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Slice apples and soak in juice concentrate with 1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Mix dry ingredients with enough juice concentrate to moisten into a crumbly dough-like texture that you will place on top of the apples in a casserole dish covered with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Eat with a low-fat cream or frozen yogurt.
