Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 lb. crabmeat, flaked
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook onion in 3 tablespoons butter.
Blend in flour.
Add milk gradually, cooking until thick, stirring constantly.
Add seasonings, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
Stir small amount of hot sauce into egg, blending well; then add to sauce. Add parsley and crabmeat.
Place in well-greased shells.
Combine crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.

6 servings.
