Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    5 whole eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    Sour Cream Mix
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese, then add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Pour into cupcake liners in muffin tins.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 300\u00b0. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes.
    Cakes will fall slightly, leaving a small depression in the center.
    Fill each depression with 2 teaspoons of Sour Cream Mix. Drop small dab of your favorite jelly or jam on top of each cake.
    Return to 300\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Refrigerate.
    (These may be frozen for up to a month.)
