Iced Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    10 tea bags
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil 4 cups of water.
    Tie tea bags together; add to water as it starts to boil.
    Turn fire off.
    Let tea seep for 15 minutes (no more than 30 minutes).
    Add sugar to dissolve.
    Pour tea water into gallon container.
    Run cold water over tea bags; add to enough cold water to make 1 gallon of tea.
    Do not squeeze tea bags.
    Makes tea bitter.
