Seafood Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 tsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. Louis Kemp crab delights
    6 oz. cooked fettucini
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in flour.
    Gradually add half and half. Stir until thickened; add Parmesan.
    Cook and stir until smooth. Fold in crab delights; heat 3 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Toss fettucini with sauce.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve immediately.
