Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. skinless chicken
    Vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1 cup wheat flour
    1 tsp. each salt and pepper
    1 tsp. each cayenne pepper and paprika
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet or deep fryer.
    Add pepper, salt, cayenne, paprika and garlic powder to chicken.
    Cover chicken with flour.
