Crab Crepes Filling And Sauce(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. minced onion or shallots
    1 1/2 c. fresh crab
    1/4 c. vermouth
    1 dash salt and white pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter; add onion and crab.
    Toss for 1 minute.
    Season; add wine.
    Boil quickly until wine is almost evaporated.
    This is the filling.
