Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    1 pt. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. mustard spice
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Core, cook and grind tomatoes in a food mill.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Spoon off water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 10 minutes or until thick.
    Makes 6 to 10 pints.
