Chicken "57" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken pieces, skinned
3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
flour (to coat)
1/3 c. 57' sauce
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Skin chicken and remove fat. Very lightly, flour chicken. Cover in oil for a few minutes on each side. Mix together 57' sauce and water. Pour off any excess oil and pour 57' mix over chicken. Cook slowly, covered, until done.
