Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab
    8 oz. shredded Swiss or Jack cheese
    1/3 c. green onions
Preparation
    Mix
    mayonnaise, flour, eggs, milk and salt.
    Add crab, cheese and
    onions.
    Bake in a 9-inch pastry shell at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
