Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef
3 large sliced onions
salt and pepper
garlic powder
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. cumin
2 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. cilantro
Preparation

Brown meat and onion and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Remove from heat and cover.
Allow to sit for 30 minutes. Return to burner.
Cover with water and simmer until tender. Add tomato sauce and season with cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper and cilantro.
Simmer until meat falls apart and flavor develops.
