Italian Style Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Polly O Ricotta
    8 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 oz. Amaretto
    1 oz. Strega or Galiano
    1 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec
    1 tsp. vanilla
    rind of 1 lemon
    rind of 1 orange
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients at room temperature in large bowl until smooth.
    Use a 9 x 13-inch cake tin with shortening and line bottom with wax paper.
    Pour mixture into tin.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then additional 60 minutes at 325\u00b0 until top is golden brown.
    Remove from oven and cool before serving.
